We have one of the largest fleets in Cincinnati, and have 7 years of experience. Many companies don't get past 1 or 2 limousines - there is usually a reason for that!
Experience
We've done thousands of weddings. People getting married are easily the pickiest people that rent limousines, so this is a great indicator of the quality of our services. Some companies only do 1 or 2 every couple of weeks or so, while we are often the limousine company of choice for over a dozen weddings a weekend. We also have a proven system in place to make sure we know where you want to go, and what your plans are for your special day.

We offer financial guarantees that we will be on time for your first pickup. No one else does this, and yes there are complaints at the BBB and other places about other companies not showing up on time (or not showing up at all)!
We aren't hiding
We encourage you to visit us in person prior to the day of service and view the vehicles for yourself at our office. When checking other limousine companies web sites, look for their street address. Often there isn't one. Why? Hard to judge the quality of their product if you aren't allowed to see it, but you can probably guess how bad things could be. Call them and ask for their address and tell them you'd like to view their fleet. Many places will refuse. Need we say more? What happens if you are dissatisfied with something on the day of service? If they are using a cell phone and have caller ID, and won't give you an address, you have no way of contacting them. They can hide from you forever. Various wedding industry websites have reviews and surveys about this - in fact it's where we first heard about this game that some places play.
We are legal
DOT licensed. Proof of commercial liability on file with them and available for your viewing. PUCO licensed. City of Cincinnati licensed. Why does this matter? Because it means are drivers are drug tested, our vehicles are independently inspected, and we play by the rules. Many smaller companies don't have insurance or can't afford it, do their own "shade tree mechanic" maintenance, and can't pass the inspections that they should be having done. How can you tell who is ok? Use the DOT website. If someone is on there, odds are very good that they are legal as long as thier operating authority status is "Active". If they aren't on there, choose someone else. Ask to visit the companies offices and view their maintenance records. If they say no, choose someone else. Then look at their vehicles for DOT numbers, and look at their front windshield for their annual PUCO inspection sticker. If either of those things are missing, you should choose a different company.
We don't do our own maintenance
Nothing like a "shade-tree" mechanic working on the limo you are entrusting your life to. Unfortunately, some companies do just that - and their only qualification is that they own the limo. Motortoys limo follows extreme service preventative maintenance schedules from the vehicles builders, and all work and inspections are done by ASE (Automotive Service Experts) certified technicians. When we hit our brakes, they work !
Our limousine interiors are "Fancy"
We buy from high-end coach builders mainly in California, and then we add extra goodies such as Karaoke machines in most of the bigger vehicles. Many of our competitors buy their vehicles from a plain jane coach builder in Dayton Ohio, or they buy old shuttle buses and rip out the old interior. Don't assume that all limousines look the same inside, because that is not the case.
